RETURN AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. if you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
RETURN CONDTIONS
For our extended 30-day return policy, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed and free from marks, stains, perfume or make up
- Be returned in their original condition
- Have all original tag attached
- Be returned with any original packaging where applicable
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered may not be eligible for our extended 30-day returns policy, subject to your statutory rights.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for un-wanted items, incorrect sizings or change of mind return, where permitted by law.
we recommend using our tracked delivery service, as Hayaluxestudio cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. we will arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned items, it will be inspected. Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method.
